Bear cautiously enters his home, shouting for his girlfriend Nikki. He crept through the house, slowly turning the corner towards the kitchen to see their friend Sarah’s naked corpse slumped in a chair. He freezes at the sight of her, then turns back around toward his living area.

Nikki was still, holding a bloodied brick. She had on Sarah’s clothes and scalp, her tattoos crudely recreated upon Nikki’s skin. She was desperately inhaling a joint over and over again, coughing as she tried to imitate Sarah’s behavior.

She begins screaming at Bear, pleading for his love before smashing the brick into her face. Bear begs her to stop and she throws the brick off to the side and walks toward him. The once still home begins erupting even more as someone begins to bang on the door, muffled shouting about a wish from the other side.

Bear backs away from her, cornering himself on the couch as she crawls on top of him and pulls a revolver out from her genitalia. The door opens and their friend Ian walks in, seeing Nikki hold the barrel up to her chin. As everyone is screaming, Ian cautiously walks toward them to try and deescalate the situation. Nikki swiftly turns and shoots him dead center in his forehead. Bear breaks, his face falls, and he gives in. As she yells at him he screams his love for her. A switch flips inside her and she becomes serene, cuddling up to him enough for Bear to take the gun from her.

He convinces her to come freshen up with him in the bathroom, before quickly locking the door behind him. Furious, she began to scream and pound the door, pleading to be let in. Bear made all kinds of excuses not to let her in before eventually she stopped. He begins to freak out, looking around himself before taking the gun out of his pocket and placing it on the countertop.

He stares at himself in the mirror, reflecting for a moment, then searches his pockets finding the tiger's eye that she had gifted him. The muffled sound of Nikki echoes through the bathroom as she tries to talk with him, he grips the boon and heeds the words of the customer service rep. He knows that there is only one way to put an end to his wish.

He points the gun at his chest trying to aim for the heart, but he couldn’t find the confidence to pull the trigger. Dejected, he shoves the barrel into his mouth and attempts to aim for the perfect spot to kill him instantly, yet he still couldn’t do it. He stares into the mirror, disappointed in himself. Then an idea hit him. He flung open the medicine cabinet and grabbed his late grandmother’s pills. He popped open the top and swallowed the pills like taking a shot.

As he let out a breath he looked at the empty pill bottle, a small sense of pride as he slumped down the front of the sink, waiting for death to take him. His heart jumped in his chest as he realized the bathroom door was wide open, but neither Nikki or his home was on the other side.

Theater chairs lay beyond the door. As he stood the walls began to dissipate and pull away, revealing more of the theater as it built itself around him. Black fog piled up beneath him. As he tried to get his bearings, a loud rustling caught his attention. A quaint red locker shook and spasmed, against his better judgement, Bear moved ever so slightly forward to investigate. The locker swung open violently, and a monstrous figure emerged, towering over Bear. He screamed and began sprinting away. At that moment, he almost thought he heard Nikki banging on the door once again, asking if he was okay.

The monster caught up to him quickly, knocking down Bear and latching onto him. The pills started to take effect, causing him to seize. The last thing he remembered before the world went dark, was something tearing through his shoulder.

He shot up, awaking by a campfire. Other people he didn’t recognize flanked it at all sides, makeshift shelters to share. A strong grip on his arm brought him back around to the person sitting next to him. If the pills didn’t kill him, maybe the heart attack would, because there he saw Nikki, smiling, finally happy that Bear was back in her arms.

It was like a dream, her body felt heavy, like floating in a giant pool of water. Far away, she could see her life being played out by someone else, with a man she grew to loathe. It was like a window to the real world and everywhere else was black. She screamed, for hours, and hours, hoping that someone would come save her. On rare occasions, the window grew close enough to join the movie, a speaking role just for her, but it left quickly.

She saw herself, killing her friends, torturing others and she was powerless to stop it. Then suddenly, she woke up.

The movie ended, the fake version of her broke into the bathroom and ran into the fog. Now she was here, in the theater, not metaphorically. She vomited all over this carpeted floor, Sarah and Ian, she had killed them. Even if she had no control over herself, what would the police believe, she was still wearing the scalp of her friend. She mourned, for minutes she sat on that floor, crying, puking.

She eventually pulled herself up, her knees buckling slightly. She was incredibly hungry. Whatever was inside her body never ate unless Bear was nearby, never did anything. It was like a child with no object permanence. If he wasn’t around, nothing mattered.

As she walked out into the lobby, the smell of blood hit her face. Something was wrong, this wasn’t home. She looked around at her surroundings, one of the walls had this fleshy mass inside of it, holes within it allowed you to peek out into the other side.

Her eyes eventually fell upon a grotesque meat hook, with Bear the slab of meat. His mouth had foam frothing and he wasn’t breathing. She threw up again, this time not out of sadness or even pity, but disgust. The man who threw her life away like cheap garbage, just dead. It was not justice, he didn’t pay for what he did. Then a chill ran up her spine, someone put him up there. She needed to leave, immediately.

She ran out the front door, looking for someone who could help her. She spots a redheaded woman crouched behind a car, she yells to her, begging her for help. The woman’s eyes widen and she ducks even further into the parking lot. Before Nikki could chase after her, she hears a quiet chorus of voices seeming to surround her and unnatural noises coming from right behind her.

She is attacked by the gloaming presence behind her. Grappled by a mix match of flesh and darkness she tries to escape, but to no avail. It carries her for a short distance before she feels a shooting pain rip through her shoulder. She looks down as fear overtakes her. The meat hook, she was placed on one, she was about to end up like Bear. A monstrous entity began creeping its way up the hook before trying to peirce her heart. She couldn’t resist. Malnourished, tired, and injured, she gave in, the pain was over as soon as it came and the world went dark.

She woke up by a campfire, the same redheaded woman on the opposing side. She looked around before spotting Bear, splayed out and sleeping on a log.

Then the movie started once again.

Developer Notes

  • I wanted most (if not all) of both Bear and Nikki’s perks to revolve around being, becoming, or creating an obsession among the Survivors.

  • Originally I was going to do Bear and Nikki as a singular Survivor, as I felt no one would willingly want to play as Bear by himself. I had so many perk ideas for this chapter however, so I decided to separate them.

The product of a human and god, outcast by both mortality and divinity. The child of war, his mother cast aside once the god had his fill. Theodore didn’t need him anyway, his mother was the center of his universe, that's all he needed.

Others, however, would outcast Lyssa. They believed if he remained there war would come knocking, leaving the town in a wake of pain and bloodshed. They made a brash decision, be rid of both the child and mother, as they had been tainted by the blood of gods. In the night, a few townsfolk lit their home ablaze. Theodore watched as his mother struggled under the flames, as her skin bubbled and burned. It wasn’t until her pleading and screaming stopped that he finally snapped back to reality. He had to leave, to run. Get help.

Theodore only found disdain and hatred in the townspeople. He didn’t understand, had he done something? Before he could say anything he felt a sharp pain in his back and a slow warmth flood over his skin. Theodore fell over, and when his head hit the ground, he blacked out. When he came to, the people were strewn about in viscera and gore. His hands a scarlet red, tears streaming down his face. He did this, he killed them. With the only people in the vicinity who could stop the fire dead, it spread to nearby buildings, slowly engulfing the town overnight. He sat among the flames his skin was being singed, but he couldn’t muster the strength to lift himself. His fists slowly curled into a fist and he began screaming to the sky. His mother, his life, gone in a single night.

For days he walked, hoping to find scraps of food, he slowly starved in the cold loneliness of the woods. As the boy fell to the ground days after the fire, he saw light in the distance. He stumbled his way towards what he hoped to be salvation, what he found was a city, bustling with both joy and pain. The massive colosseum was an intriguing sight to him, one of the biggest buildings he had ever seen. During his glamor, Theodore was knocked to the ground by bustling pedestrians causing his stomach to gurgle like never before. He was starving, he needed food sooner rather than later, but with no coin he had to scrounge around in the garbage until he found something remotely edible.

After a few years of petty theft within the city, the guard finally caught up to Theodore. While this wasn’t his first run in with the soldiers who roamed the streets, this was the last time they would let him do as he pleased. He was captured and sent to the colosseum's prison, while the general public were mostly ignorant of its true purpose, Theodore learned the truth. It was all a front, a prison where inmates are forced to battle and murder one another. His new home.

Although the colosseum was a prison for bloodsport, it was awfully generous to the victors of its battles. Coin, time outside the arena, and general luxury were provided to its champions. Who wouldn’t spoil those who bring in the most money? Theodore was thrilled with this new development, his thievery landed him in what could, and would, become luxury. He knew of his father from his mother, that Theo himself had divinity coursing through his veins. Victory would come easy within battle.

His first fight, no one would place bets on Theodore. A malnourished teenager is sure to be dead within minutes. As he was pummeled by his opponent, he began to build a rage, something he had never felt before. He pushed the man back quickly and raised his weapon. Before he could start pleading, blood splattered over Theodore, again and again. There was almost nothing left of the man's head. Theodore smiled with glee, with his coin food would be plentiful. A luxury he never had with his mother. With every fight, his bloodlust would build. Again and again, a pile of bodies lay beneath the demi-god as his physique grew larger and more muscular. The boy slowly turned into something else, a beast lay below the skin of a man.

His bloodshed had hit a breaking point, acquiring the attention of war. Ares was curious about this presence, of this hatred. He found Theodore in the midst of battle about to land the final blow on a ragged shell of a man. He stepped between the man and the beast, his hammer fell hard. War never stood a chance, his skull caved with ease. He didn't know, he didn't know it was his kin, the only thing that could harm him. He tried to fight back, but that is hard to do when half your brain has stopped functioning. The beast grabbed the gods spear and shoved it through him, before ripping him in half.

With a protector of the realm dead, The Entity took its chance, a hole in the guard, the sky turning a light crimson. When Theodore finally looked up from Ares’ body, the arena was gone, all that stood was a campfire. He could still hear the roar of the crowd, as his next opponents lay in front of him.

  • This chapter was originally based around Blood Of The Dead and Brutus, however, with franchises (ex. Silent Hill, Resident Evil) BeHaviour likes to take from the ENTIRE franchise. So I decided to change direction into focusing on the Aether Saga from World at War - Black Ops 4.

  • When Black Ops 7's seasons run its course and the Dark Aether Saga maybe ends. I might do a sequal chapter with Requiem Crew and The Warden.

  • I was thinking about making this a 2 Survivor Chapter with both Richtofen and Nikolai, but I ended up only doing Richtofen as I don't feel I can do Nikolai's character justice.

Feng screamed out in pain as the beartrap tore through her ankle. Adrenaline coursing through her veins, she tries to think of a happier time to stifle her anxiety. Playing games with her friends, oh how she missed it. The thrill of competition and skill that could pour through in a match.

As she freed herself from the trap she stumbled forward into a limping sprint before stopping suddenly. Feng had seen many impossible characters from the media she had consumed, but nothing could terrify her more than the harmless scarecrow standing in front of her. The happiest of thoughts had manifested a demonic force never wanted to see within this hellscape. As the demon lunged toward her, she could only think she had doomed everyone.

EXTRAS

Developer Notes

  • In its original state, Fiddlestick’s power was meant to be a combination of its passive A Harmless Scarecrow and its Reap ability. Eventually it evolved into something more akin to the actual gameplay of League Of Legends, but I felt that now, I lost what made Fiddlesticks, well, Fiddlesticks. So I went back to the drawing board. I wanted to implement this snowball effect, but in a different way to the power-up snowballers like Oni, Myers, or Dredge. So I made the “snowball” effect be per Survivor instead of the Killer itself building up power.

  • The Common Add-On Plush Pine Marten is a reference to the League Youtuber PekinWoof, who looks like both a Pine Marten and Zigzagoon at the same time. He also can't last hit a cannon to save his life. Obviously this Add-on isn’t really meant to be taken seriously and is there for my amusement.

  • Fiddlesticks’ Add-Ons either are referencing its lore (ex. Biography, Short Story “Voices”, and the Video “Terror In Demacia”), items referencing its interactions with other champions in the game (ex. Nunu & Willump, Jinx, Yassuo, ect.) or in-game items that Fiddlesticks may favor within its buildpath (ex. Rabadon’s Deathcap, Seeker’s Armguard, ect.).

  • I wanted to make some of the add-ons related to the Survivors and their trauma and fear, but the point of a licensed chapter is to represent that media as a whole. So I scrapped that idea before it went anywhere.

  • All references to Fiddlesticks and other League Of Legends (2009) champions are owned by Riot Games.

The monster had its sight taken from it. It couldn’t see, so it wandered the halls of Green Home using its hearing to find people, attacking anything it heard. Hyun fought with the Lotus monster with his makeshift weaponry to find the kids he met earlier, Sook and Yeong. Hyun made sparks fly, electrocuting and temporarily disabling the Lotus.

On their way to Room 1408 they encounter the Protein monster who confronts them and causes them to split up once again. The kids continue onward and are found again by the Protein monster, however due to its massive size, the sound it creates muffles most others. The now awake Lotus attacks the protein monster and they begin to fight. The Lotus gets brutalized, it can’t match the pure muscle of the Protein monster. Its broken body is carried by the Protein monster as it pursues the children. When it finds them, the Lotus is tossed out a window and begins falling to the ground, but before it could reach it, it was consumed by a swirling black fog.

  • While some of the visual elements like the Key Art and Portraits are from the live action Netflix Adaptation, the chapter itself is based off of the original manhwa.

  • The Desires original design was just The Lotus with a tracking power that revealed the auras around him when used.

  • Manifest: Pole Spear used to function differently. It would need to be charged at completed Generators and could be used to either jumpstart a Generator giving it 10% missing progress, or stun the Killer. I changed it to be purely defensive tool that you can use to help others (or yourself) in chase, instead of an oppressive multi-purpose tool.

The soldiers pushed them along, a march that was leading to their death. The train lay ahead, waiting for its passengers as if a patient ferryman. The mud below their feet causes the movement to drag for longer than the soldiers wanted. Janek Feldmann was on a one way path to death himself, and he knew it. Ripped from his home, from his wife, all he could do was march toward his end.

The journey was long and overcrowded. The stench of urine, feces and rot wafted through the wagon, causing most passengers to gag frequently. The more days that passed the stronger the smells got, and ever so slightly, the less people within the wagon. On the third day the train finally stopped. A few high ranking soldiers stepped into the wagon and picked out a few prisoners at random, Janek being one of them. They were forced off the train at gunpoint and when the door to the wagon opened to let off the soldiers and their new prisoners, one of the ill-fated passengers made a break for it.

The gunshot boomed loudly within the wagon, Janek’s ears rang wildly at the man outside crumpled to the ground. A crimson pool began to form around his body, and then, he stood up. The man was fine, at least he looked fine. As he turned back towards the wagon a soldier readied a flamethrower a lit the man ablaze. He began to scream before falling to the ground. After a few moments the screaming stopped, and the man was dead. Janek stared at the charred corpse before him as he was walked into the concentration camp. The muzzle between his shoulder blade kept his pace steady, so as to not end up like the man that lay still in the mud.

As Janek entered the camp it wasn’t quite like he expected. All the stories he heard about the camps were that of soldiers and gaunt prisoners forced to work inhumane hours. What laid before him though wasn’t that at all, there were no prisoners. Instead scientists bustle about between tents and machines and the soldiers surround the perimeter not to deter escape, but to prevent entry. At the edge of the camp a small building is surrounded by scientists, guards, and machines. Though it is daylight out, the inside is pitch black. Black smoke billowing from the chimney and windows, the door blocks it all from spilling out and swallowing the building whole.

Janek was led toward the smoking building while the other prisoners he was brought in with were led to a holding area. When Janek grew closer to the smoke filled building, he started to hear distant gunfire. It was sporadic, shouts came before the shots. It was eerie, none of the soldiers or scientists seemed fazed by the noises being emitted from the building. As he approached the door a scientist used a small pulley machine to open the building's door from afar. The noises became deafeningly loud as the gun muzzle continued to push him forward. Just before he was shoved into the pitch black smog, he was given an extremely long rope attached to a flag pole in the middle of the camp. Almost immediately Janek is pushed into the fog, and the silence was just as deafening as the gunfire was from the outside of the building.

The inside of the building was oddly much brighter than would be expected. The smoke pooled on the floor but other than that, it looked quite normal all things considered. The walls were lined with beds crammed as close together as possible with nothing but a very poor mattress atop each frame. Janek stood still for a few minutes, during this there was no gunfire, no shouting, just the wind. He began to move forward through the building, upon his exit he heard the crunch of snow and a vista unbefitting of the warm countryside. Bodies lined the ground, craters from explosions and trenches laid with barbed wire surrounded him.

The confusion Janek found to become even more puzzling when he examined one of the bodies. It was a German soldier, but they weren’t a Nazi. There were others surrounding him, most of them other German soldiers, but some looked to be in French uniforms as well. While he was examining the bodies he heard retching from behind him. He spun around to find one of the fallen soldiers attempting to stand, and shaking violently. He kept retching, then the retching turned to screaming. His body began to expand. His clothes tear to reveal skin bubbling and pulsating before they eventually burst and reveal a grotesque amount of exposed muscle and flesh that oozed both blood and puss. Blood poured out of his orifices and bullet wounds as his screaming became monstrous. The man stood much taller than the average human before his spine crumpled under the pressure and weight of his transformation. His back bent backwards so it was facing Janek. The scream was guttural, the predator found its new prey.

Janek bolted into no man's land, his rope the only thing tethering him to the real world. He heard the mutant following behind him as he jumped down into the trenches. Scrambling for some sort of weapon he undid the holster from a soldier's gun and fired at the monster. Despite having no firearm knowledge he hit it dead center but doing little to no damage. The monster wasn’t fazed by Janek's attempt at self defense, but instead the loud boom of the gun. It screamed and fled towards the smoking building. Janek stood up and peeked over the trench to watch it as it followed his rope back home. Before the monster could escape flames erupted out of the building's entrance, causing the monster to flail about for a few seconds before falling onto the ground dead.

Janek slumped back down into the trenches, defeated. Those soldiers beyond the boundary would kill him if he ever tried to return. Does he fare better there than in this demented place? He heard more screams coming from no man’s land. He couldn’t go back, at least not right now. He wandered the trenches more, each body giving him more and more dread. What if one of them got up again? He still had his gun, but it's not a permanent solution. He needed fire. This place was clearly in wartime considering the surroundings. There must be some kind of fire starter around here somewhere. He kept up pace, searching all around the trenches, looking for the solution to his problem. He happened upon a bunker, the door slightly ajar. He poked his head inside. No bodies, no soldiers. Instead there was a stash of weapons, guns, grenades, and most importantly of all, a flamethrower.

Even with his new discovery, fear was creeping all around him. He slowly closed the bunker door and sat down with his back against it. He held his flamethrower close and began sobbing softly. He wanted to return home. How did things become this way? On the floor, in an old bunker, hiding from creatures that shouldn’t exist. The screams grew more abundant, each more monstrous than the last. Janek refused to leave the bunker, he was no hero. The longer he remained in this realm, the more scratchy his throat became. He was getting sick, or becoming one of those monsters, but he held onto hope that the cold winter that surrounded him was inflicting him with the flu. The more hours that passed the more exhausted he became, eventually succumbing to sleep.

When he awoke, he started coughing furiously as his throat was on fire. Not until he opened his eyes did he notice he was literally on fire. He began screaming out, fire billowing from his lungs as he did. The flamethrower was gone, it had become part of him. His lips were gone, and the area around it blackened and charred. It was the only place he felt pain though, the rest of him was on fire, but it didn’t hurt. The flames danced in a way that was unnatural, almost sentient, but not. They whispered to him, encouraging him to step back through the overlap, he was strong, he could escape.

Janek was none of these things, but most of all he was scared, scared of the death looming outside the safety of his bunker. No matter how much the flames encouraged him, he wouldn’t leave. This did him no favors, the fire’s influence grew stronger, its flames an otherworldly shade of black. He doesn’t ever remember leaving the bunker, or wandering back through no man's land. He came too within the prisoners quarters, screaming out to the camp's commandant as he pushed back through into the real world. The soldiers were terrified and began dousing him in flames. It did nothing to him, only adding more fuel to the fire as Janek became a walking embodiment of hell itself. He burned through the soldiers and looked onward, while most ran in fear, a handful of the researchers were watching him, jotting down notes quickly before they fled.

As the bodies burned, the smoke from the prisoners quarters began to pool and stretch outward, now being freed from its prison. Just as Janek was about to escape, the smoke latched onto him and began dragging him back into the building. He fought the inky darkness as much as he could before he fell backwards and was pulled back inside the overlap.

Instead of the building's interior, he was surrounded by forest, and in the distance, he could see a campfire.

They locked her out again, no matter how much she knocked that door wouldn’t open for her. Angelina Marini was forgotten by her own flesh and blood. She’d have to crash at a friend's place again. Thankfully it wasn’t too late in the night, walking through New York by yourself is just looking for trouble.

Banging on an apartment door a few blocks down, Angelina’s older friend Haley opened the door wide. When her eyes fell upon Angelina she took her close for a hug as she knew she got locked out again. Haley was like a cool older sister for Angelina, if also a bad influence. Haley goes to her fridge and throws Angelina a beer, trying to relax from the stress of her family issues.

Over the years Angelina would begin to develop alcoholic tendencies as a way to cope with her familial struggles. Haley would try to steer her on a path away from her vices, as she believed it was her fault for introducing her to alcohol in the first place. Angelina however was stubborn and addicted, she wouldn’t indulge any of Haley’s pleas and eventually she found herself slowly dying in her apartment from alcohol poisoning.

What she saw during her near death wasn’t what the movies and shows made it out to be, no happiest moments, no lifelong dreams. What she saw was hell itself, blood pools and terror, a slasher villain brutalizing your average person. She was a bystander as she watched them die, and as the killer turned toward her, she woke up in a hospital bed.

After this experience, she sobered up and began attending alcoholic anonymous meetings. Following the twelve steps during her recovery, while she wasn’t really the religious type, most people confide in a higher power to gain strength on their journey, so she decided to humor it a bit and prayed to a ‘higher power’. God didn’t hear her, but the Entity did. It had now linked itself to Angelina and her trauma surrounding her addiction.

There was screaming outside one of the AA meetings. Angelina paused and looked toward the door. It had interrupted her talk about her experiences with her addiction. The other members looked at her confused and asked if she was alright. The screams continued on. She asked if anyone heard the woman screaming, but they all looked worried as no one else had heard a thing. The screaming was so close it was like it was outside the door, and suddenly it stopped, not as if the person stopped screaming themselves, but something stopped them. Shaken, she picked up where she left off and continued forward. Once the meeting ended she hurried home.

She was getting less sleep, she kept getting nightmares similar to the hell she saw during her near death. It all felt so real, she began to fear going to sleep as she knew it would lead back to that place. She was so exhausted, the hallucinations worsened. She would occasionally hear the whispers of something ancient egging her on, back to her vices. She couldn’t take it, she booked a therapist to try and understand what was happening, none of this was normal.

She explains to the therapist about her addictions and her near death experience. Nausea overtook her and she felt dizzy. The therapist asked if she was ok as the screams began again, but she finally saw what caused them. A hook stands tall behind her therapist, an older man a fixture, as if a christmas ornament for a cannibal. He pleads with her to help him, save him. She begins to sob as the man pleads for his life, she stands abruptly reaching out to try and help him but she topples over. As she hits the floor the hallucination ends and the therapist looks frightened. Angelina tries to stand but she can’t. She felt drunk, but that was impossible, she had been sober for six months.

She tries to stand up again, falling to the floor, the world spinning all around her. The therapist tries to help her but her legs are like jelly. Vomit began to climb its way upward and onto the floor next to her. As she lay there for what feels like hours, she hears a familiar voice. The older man from her hallucination is above her, holding out his hand. As she takes it she stumbles a little, but makes it onto her feet. The office is gone, an old war bunker surrounds her, and in the distance, the screams of others.

  • Burn Treatment is ‘technically’ the first concept I have ever made almost 8 years ago, if we are only counting the Survivor. Angelina is the final form of multiple different Survivors who all had a theming of substance abuse. The Brénner was a later replacement for a killer called The Strategist that I felt wasn’t very interesting.

  • The Brénner is meant to be a take on alternate history in both WWI and WWII, and is heavily inspired by things like Annihilation (2018), Overlord (2018), and Call Of Duty WWII: Nazi Zombies (2017).

  • The Brénner’s original design was inspired by the Pest and Brénner zombie types in COD WWII Zombies. This design has stayed prevalent within most of how The Brénner looks currently until I can get a final design for him.

  • While the ‘Evil Nazi Scientist’ is a common trope in horror and non-horror alike, having a playable Nazi figure obviously has plenty of issues that would probably incur another version of Blackface Bubba. So in all versions of The Brénner, he was never affiliated with the Nazi’s willingly and was a victim of their regime.

  • Angelinas struggle with alcohol abuse is also something very close to me, as my father is an alcoholic, so the idea of drinking always terrified me as I didn’t want to lose myself to that. Luckily I have a healthy relationship with alcohol and became addicted to video games instead.

  • This was the first time I have ever used the idea of Void-Ridden Add-Ons as I felt the use of just having one singular Add-On that 'trumps' other Add-Ons wasn't a good way to have add-ons that shouldn't interact with each other.

  • While some of the visual elements like the Key Art and Portraits are from the live action Netflix Adaptation, the chapter itself is based off of the original manhwa.

  • The Desires original design was just The Lotus with a tracking power that revealed the auras around him when used.

  • The Monsterization icon is a reference to a THIS specific manhwa panel, except instead of Hyun Cha's inner soul, its Dwight's.
